Encourage All Feedback
We encourage positive and often more crucially negative feedback by making it clear we don’t take feedback personally and want genuine responses to help filter and refine.

Variety to Spark Debate
We produce varied options that provoke debate. We use methods and materials that suit the people involved. Sometimes architectural drawings aren’t as effective as models or imagery.

Collaborative Workshops
We build consensus through open discussion about the media produced and the feedback from smaller groups which is sometimes contradictory. Subsequent options incorporate feedback.

Document the Process
We record and present the process, providing a document that records the decisions made and this includes other specialist consultant feedback. This assists planning and funding processes.

Achieve Approvals
We engage with the relevant authorities to achieve appropriate approvals and refine schemes to suit input whilst retaining client requirements.

Coordinate Design Information
We produce clear and coordinated information for review by the client and consultant team ensuring it reflects brief development and adjustments to meet the relevant approvals.

Continue to Consult
Consultation continues into the later phases with client groups consulted on materiality, detailing and we sometimes host colour workshops exploring options.

Be Flexible on Site
We work closely and flexibly with contractors to ensure they have the information required to deliver proposals successfully. We keep sight of the primary goals.

Handover Effectively
We ensure clients have the information required to operate their buildings. We remain engaged and contactable post completion.
